As we do not have a contract with the Community Legal Service we are not able to offer Public Funding (formerly known as Legal Aid) and can only deal with matters on a private basis.

However, if you are unsure as to whether or not you would be eligible to receive financial assistance due to low income or being in receipt of benefits, please contact us and we can advise you. If you are eligible we can give you the names of local solicitors who provide this service.
